Nominated Charity

For the 2021 season the BDCL will be supporting the work of Parkinson’s UK, with a Charity Day to be held on Saturday 7 August across the BDCL.

Parkinson’s is a progressive neurological condition.  This means that it causes problems in the brain and gets worse over time. 

Around 145,000 people live with Parkinson’s in the UK.  And it’s the fastest growing neurological condition in the world.

Further information will be sent throughout the season as to what the League is doing and how clubs can help, but for starters please find below their Fundraising Poster, Fundraising Pack, a Sponsorship Form and the Sweepstake Game which will also raise funds for each club participating.
