Killamarsh Juniors Cricket Club are saddened by the passing of club stalwart Rodney Cook. Rodney held various roles at the club for many years. He was a true competitor and contributed to the club massively throughout his life.
11 months ago he was diagnosed with terminal Oesophageal cancer. He fought right until the very end but sadly on Saturday 6th November, he lost his brave battle.
His funeral will be held at Brimington Crematorium on Wednesday 24th November at 10:30 followed by a celebration of his life at Killamarsh Juniors Club. There will be a collection for Ashgate Hospice on the day for anyone that would like to make a donation. Please be aware, masks must be worn in the crematorium.
